Refund policy

There is accuracy and confidence about EZAI clothing. Any chance the item is defective or damaged due to our handling. Store credit we be issued effective on another drop, or any other item on the site.

**Be sure to use Size Chart for precise measurements, to avoid size returns**

To be eligible for store credit item must be in the same condition as it was when it was received. (Not worn or used) 

Returns

**You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs**

Email at ezai.shops@gmail.com you will get emailed within 48 hours with directions needed to return item.

Once item is received on our end the item is inspected. A decision is made to deny or approve return. 

Approved: You will be notified about approval and be issued store credit immediately. You can access your store credit balance on your EZAI account.

( Your EZAI account information is the email you used when the order was placed. Input your email on the EZAI accounts login page and a short digit code will be sent to your email as the password to login to your account).

Denied: Return will be denied if item was tampered with. No store credit will be issued. You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs to send item back to you.
